Absolutely fantastic and sensational breakfast with omelettes and the 2 coffee machines 1, for instance, it had so much choice. The location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable, for example, Pier in Sopot was relatively near the hotel.

We spent 3 nights in fairly quiet and bright room with good beds. The staff was pleasant, amazingly nice with every request. Location: the hotel was near the Baltic sea, the shopping / restaurant street and the beautiful beach.

The hotel's location was perfect for my stay! It was just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute walk to the pier. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and secure in this area. The staff at the spa were phenomenal and provided a fantastic experience. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The accommodation was within walking distance to both the city center and beautiful beaches. Sadly, however, this perk did little to make up for the poor quality of the room, with old wallpaper, a worn-out bathroom, lackluster service, and below-average breakfast, especially compared to its neighboring hotels. On the bright side, the kids' room was well equipped, while the location made it easy to find cheap drinks and food at nearby beach bars.

The overall impression of the hotel was outdated and underwhelming.

Poor airconditioning during the hot summer days with the ambient temperature above 30 deg. C, and slow staff response to fix the problem.

Hotel staff very helpful , we enjoyed the pool and hired bikes for our last day after vacating our room. 10-15 minutes walk to shopping area ,or to beach and beach.
